Very late to the Instagram party but having fun. Plan on posting iphone photography only to my Instagram feed.

    Luther surveying his domain! I wonder if he wishes he had a tail like that piece of Spanish moss dangling in left foreground? The composition is wonderful. I love how the two long spears of light in lower left and the whole sweeping curve of the dark tree trunk and it shadow bring the eye down from Luther and across to the Spanish moss which take me back up to Luther again.

    Absolutely gorgeous. Such a pastoral scene, Craig. The tree shadows remind me of Luther’s long legs. Luther is surely a friend of kings.

    Hey Flo and Wes,

    Thank you for being here and thank you for the kind words about this shot. I too enjoy the rhythms in the image….its a lucky image….I had the landscape shot framed and Luther walked into it and hit the perfect mark. As everyone knows the camera phones are slow (without some kind of app that allows for a burst shooting mode). I had time for one shot before Luther moved on…..Craig
